    "Very helpful repair of part on a washing machine. Second time have used them for appliance repair and wouldn't hesitate to do so again in the future. Very straightforward communication, reliable and polite friendly service. Quick but thorough replacement of failed part and testing of machine, additional tips for future care and maintenance. All together refreshingly decent experience."

    "Excellent service from start to finish. I was able to get a technician sent out within hours of my call to fix a leaking washing machine. The job although small took much longer than anticipated as the machine is in a very tight space so moving it was very challenging! The technician was brilliant throughout despite this unexpected complication, and the repair was resolved."
