During out of hours we have a WhatsApp service for an immediate response and you can also book online 24/7.

"Called out to investigate fault with water dispenser on Samsung American style fridge/freezer. Fault identified as broken wires (known issue with these models unfortunately). New replacement door ordered, charged at cost price with no markup, and scheduled new appointment to replace as soon as part was delivered. All fittings swapped over and tested. Then took extra care to ensure all ventilation grills thoroughly cleaned before replacing unit. Very happy with overall service, would use again."
