    "ACE Roofing lived up to its name when carrying out chimney stack repairs on my 100 year-old property. ACE owner, Greg Grimshaw inspired confidence from the outset, responding promptly to my enquiry with a detailed estimate, and offering an insurance-backed 10 year guarantee. The repairs, which included re-rendering the stack, re-doing the brickwork and tiles, and replacing chimney pots and cowls, were all finished to a high standard. Greg kept me informed throughout so that I always knew who would be on site and when, and he made sure the site was clean and tidy at the end of each day. Greg is an expert in his trade and runs an efficient operation. I found him to be well organised, helpful and a pleasure to deal with. Thank you Greg and your hardworking team for an excellent job. Highly recommended."

    "The rear bedroom room was leaking. I asked trader to repair the roof to stop the leak. Recently there was dampness and mould appearing on the ceiling.I sent an email to trader they did not reply They informed me they would come on the Thursday but never turned up So i decided to use another roofer to carry out the same work that the trader had carried out previously but failed to stop the roof from leaking in the same place I would never consider using the trader again definitely would never recommend then"

    Trader reply: "Thank you for your feedback as it's very important to us. We value your comments as customer service is our priority. The work we carried out was done to a professional standard, it was only a repair and you were told this when Greg looked at the property and that you may need further works carried out. We cannot guarantee any repairs. We apologise for not getting round to you on Thursday, but the weather was absolutely dreadful and it would have been too dangerous to get up on the roof. This was the 4th time we have carried out work for you at 2 of your properties and you have never let us know of any issues with previous work or been unhappy with our workmanship. We refer to your previous 5star review left on Trust A Trader. "Greg and his team were nice guys Our architect checked his work and was most satisfied Greg is a professional Thanks Greg for a good job" We would also like to take this opportunity to thank you for your feedback.     "What a lovely surprise. A young company totally clear on their mission, who they want to be and how they will behave in order to deliver that mission. High quality experience from quotation through to on time delivery. Great value for money. We will definitely be using Ace Roofing again.
