"John and Craig were nothing short of exceptional. John kindly came out several times to update our quote as we added more requests, and we really appreciated the time he took to explain everything clearly. The price we were given was fantastic, and the quality of their work even better. They both worked tirelessly to move our boiler, relocate radiators, update our cold water mains, and more - all completed to an exceptionally high standard. On top of their skill and hard work, they were friendly, knowledgeable, and a real pleasure to have around. We feel so lucky to have found them and would highly recommend their services to anyone in Norwich needing boiler work. We will be using them again and are extremely grateful for everything they did for us!!! :) I also want to give a big thank you to the office and administrative team. They’ve always been so quick to respond to my emails, and we really appreciate their efficiency and helpful advice."

"Excellent standards shown during all contact with Sandra and Gino's preliminary visit with a thorough explanation of the works and verbal quotes confirmed immediately by e-mail. John and Craig worked tirelessly installing a new boiler, removing one from the loft and leaving neat unobtrusive pipework. Heavy flue removed with Gino's help (despite clearly being under the weather) and all corrective tiling and brickwork seamlessly replaced. Polite, friendly, professional and good value. I would happily recommend this firm. Thank you all."
