We invite all past and present customers of the traders listed in Trust A Trader to review the services that they received. They are asked to write an overview of the job and service, and rate their trader over six categories, including punctuality, cleanliness and quality. From these ratings, each of the local plumbers in our directory has been awarded a rating of up to five stars.  Why do most of the traders listed in Trust A Trader possess a rating of 4.5-5 stars? Because we only allow the best, most reliable traders to join our family and because, on the rare occasions that a trader does receive a negative review, the situation is investigated by our Customer Services Team and if a satisfactory resolution can’t be sought, the trader is removed from our site.
