    "Had a leak from a pipe in the living room at 2pm this afternoon, we rang 4 plumbers, no answer or were busy and couldn't fit us in for 2 weeks. Rang Stag Heating and they said they could be with us today, but had a bit of a big job in the town centre, gave us a rough estimate for time, but then rang before they left the job to say they were on the way and would be with us ASAP. It was after 6pm by the time they had finished repairing the pipe, sorting out the boiler and tidying up tools etc. They were lovely and friendly, very efficient and tidy and very helpful, giving us advice that 2 previous gas engineers had failed to tell us. Would highly reccomend! ¹"

    "January 2026 Stag Heating fitted new gas boiler. By June I noticed that the boiler was continually firing up even when it was switched off at the timer. Stag Heating checked the boiler but said he could find no reason for that and asked a third party to send an engineer to check the boiler. The engineer identified the problem as being the electrical wiring from the timer to the boiler having been done incorrectly, a fault he corrected. The engineer then issued a Danger Do Not Use Warning Notice describing the fault as “Vertical flue not supported”, “Requires correct flue clips fitting” to meet with Building Regulations. Fault reported to Stag Heating on 14 July, as of 25 August no action from Stag Heating. Due to my experience, I would not recommend."

    Trader reply: "It’s rather disappointing to see this review. When you were experiencing freezing issues in January, I attended within hours of receiving your call, no review I managed to get you a new boiler very quickly fitted it the next day at a very fair price, still not worthy of a review. 7 months later you have a problem with the boiler, I attended the same day, couldn't figure it out so I called a third party engineer and had a specialist come out. Still no review! You then let me know that the flue needed some strengthening I said no problem I'll sort that when I can. I was on holiday with my wife when he left the bad review and we came home early to help you out, you ignored my calls you ignored me coming to your house. Now the review is live you had the audacity to call me and say you'd got someone else. I hope others read your review and my many many others and reach the same conclusions as myself. Goodluck for the future, I wish you well."

    "Can't thank Rob enough for the work he has done for me. Rob serviced my old Back Boiler at my previous house and has just replaced a combi boiler at my current house. Would recommend Rob at Stag everytime. Down to earth, honest and very knowledgeable. Thanks a lot!"
