COVID 19 - Tradeforce Air Conditioning Emergency Response & Precautions.

Please be assured that Tradeforce Air Conditioning are taking the current COVID-19 outbreak very seriously and as such have implemented procedures to keep our clients and engineers as safe as possible. We are still operating but with precautionary measures in place.

Emergency Call-outs:

During these testing times we have a skeleton staff of emergency engineers on standby who can carry out Emergency call outs and remedial works only.

Installations and Maintenance:

Installations and Maintenance works can still go ahead in certain cases.

We will follow Government guidelines and can perform installations if:

The property is vacant (Commercial and Residential).

If the property is not vacant then providing there is ample space in the work area to keep personal distances of strictly 2 meters or more and we are able to arrange delivery of AC units and materials to site then we may be able to carry out your installation .

Our engineers will have full PPE equipment.

Quotes:

We can attend sites to carry out quotations / site surveys if the above criteria is applied, however we are also happy to provide approx quotes by video. You can do this by sending a video of the room / rooms that need Air Conditioning installed and approximate dimensions of rooms to us via email: service@tfairconditioning.com or if easier call 0207 561 8865 for details on how to send video's via WhatsApp.

    "Tony and his son Alfie installed two AC units on our top floor. Absolute pleasure to have in our house. Friendly, courteous and overall very nice guys. Equally professional and knowledgeable in AC installation too - importantly!. Very careful and considerate in their work, consulted with me thoroughly along the way and explained everything. Great attention to details (e.g. called the external unit manufacturer to confirm best placement of the unit given the constraints of my outside space). Top guys and great ambassadors for Tradeforce!     "It was a real pleasure to work with the Tradeforce Air Conditioning team, especially Paul, Morris and Trey. The entire team is very professional from initial discussion addressing my concerns, to performing an onsite survey to ensure the unit can be installed, to final installation of the air conditioning unit in our bedroom. I requested for the indoor unit to be painted a specific colour to blend with the wall colour in our bedroom. The Tradeforce team did an awesome job finding an exact colour match and painted the unit. The unit is small, quiet and works really well. The outside unit is hidden really well on the roof, however at the same time accessible for maintenance. Thank you very much for an excellent job."

    "There was clear and responsive communication throughout the process of quoting through to booking an install date and installation, including a follow-up email to ensure our satisfaction with the work completed. Any questions I had were answered clearly before the installation began plus other questions which arose during the install were answered with our options explained fully. The installation was faultless. Tony and Alfie did a great job and we are really pleased with the new air conditioning system they installed. Using it already now that the first heatwave of June 2021 has kicked in. Cool at last! When funds allow, we'll be booking them again to install another unit for a different area of our home."

    "Paul and Simon could not have been more helpful, knowledgable or professional from start to finish. I wanted to install air conditioning into two south facing rooms and was pleased to find the Panasonic mini-split systems offered by Tradeforce. Tony and Alfie installed the two units - 5Kw and 2.5Kw unit. Clearly these guys are very experienced and know exactly what they are doing – couldn’t be nicer or more professional. They really respected my home and kept things clean and tidy throughout the installation. I look forward to the long hot summers working and sleeping in cool conditions – not to mention these units super quiet and are also a heat source should anything happen to my boiler. One thing of note: the installations costs exclude any electrics. Tradeforce were able to provide an electrician who worked with the installation team, which made things very simple. I can’t recommend this company highly enough – you are in safe hands with Tradeforce."
