"Jim was polite, friendly and informative throughout the initial process when we were discussing with him what we needed and how we could arrange it. We really appreciated the way he went about things given we had just had a newborn and our brains were frazzled! Jim took all the stress out the process. When he and his colleague arrived to install our unit, they were quick and efficient, and sympathetic to our specific situation, I.e. having the newborn and just needing the job done as quickly and as fuss free as possible, which Jim very much delivered for us. He also took us through how to install the app and use the remote control, and through all the various features of the unit so we felt really confident in using this vital piece of kit. Jim also bent over backwards to fit us in during what was clearly an exceptionally busy time for him. Thanks so much for sorting us out Jim. I would certainly recommend you to anyone else who needs an air con unit installed."
