"The workmen were punctual and finished the work quickly. There were some questions that arose some days later regarding further leaks and my observation of parts of the pointing looking unfinished. We raised this with them, and they initially agreed to come and review the work. On 5 separate occasions they agreed a day to come via text and did not come without letting us know. Once able to speak to them directly the owner was irritated at having his work questioned, was ill-mannered and did not accept that a simple message to us explaining he could no longer make it would have been very helpful. I had to chase them for a reply, when they finally came, they were unable to listen to our concerns, speaking over us and very defensive. We will have to get a second opinion on the quality of the work I would not recommend this trader. If you have any questions on the work or future problems, you will find it very hard to communicate with them"

Trader reply: "Thank you for your feedback, as it is very important to us. We value all comments, as customer service is our priority. The customer was happy with the work completed and paid immediately. We then received a call a month later reporting issues with work that was not carried out by Top Tile Roofing. We attended the property to investigate and found that the concern related to the flat roof holding water and causing a dripping sound. Our work was solely on the chimney. Unfortunately, we were not given the opportunity to explain this in full."
