"They were punctual and changed my one year old epdm roof to a felt roof to fix a leak. When we noticed problems Tomlinson Roofing came back to reply that I had to change the whole other roof for thousands of pounds. Although the other roof hasn’t leaked for 10 years that’s apparently the problem so they won’t give you a guarantee or fix the problem. And the felt roof apparently is very bad and hasn’t been stuck down properly in many areas … causing new leaks on the flat roof that didn’t exist with the epdm roof . And they broke a piece of my fascia ."
Trader reply: "Thank you for your review. We went there to see where the leak was and told the customer that the tiles on the roof were the wrong ones for the low roof pitch. The neighbour’s rain water pipe was also on her roof as at some point they were hoping to have an extension, but nothing had been done. So there is a lot of water on the roof. We told her all the above, but she believed that it was the flat roof at the bottom on the eaves that was leaking not the roof above. So we did the flat roof for her and we heard nothing for a few months. Then she rang to say that the flat roof was leaking again but it’s the roof above leaking. She would not tell next door to take their pipe off her roof. There is nothing wrong with the new flat roof and is all stuck down properly. Kind regards Howard Tomlinson"

"Great service from Tomlinson Roofing. Turned up a day earlier as they understood we were under a lot of time pressure to get our roof closed. Very friendly and helpful (also helped me unload a delivery of 4x2s and Plywood) and got the job done ahead of schedule! Always willing to answer my questions, and even fixed some mistakes the builder had made. Highly recommended!"
