"The trader and his team do not seem to understand that the tounge and grove on OSB boarding is to ensure a completely flat surface for installing a EPDM rubber roof. Boarding has not been correctly laid because of the ridges where the tounge and grove has been cut off. Also two small patches where the rubber is stretched across a void. Instead of fitting the boarding to the lay board on the roof slope a unnecessary drip tray has been inserted. One of the team managed to put his foot through the ceiling. I had to reinstall the guttering as the falls were completely wrong and the rubber seals had been left out. I had to reglue four of the corner cover pieces on the PCV facia ( one fell off and the other three on inspection were about to fall off. I had arranged for the trader to refix the cover piece that fell of, he did agree a date and time but he never turned up. Not a pleasant experience working with Norwich roofing. Would not recommend."

Chris - Image 1 "Sam responded to my message on Trustatrader the same day and gave me with a very reasonable quote that evening. Having had the same roof refelted within the last 2 yrs I was gutted to have to do it all again its been a nightmare. Sam told me scaffolders would be with me on a Tuesday. I d previously been let down on dates for scaffolding - not this time. They turned up when he said they would and when it came to the work - refelting the sloping roof to the box room and re-mortaring, Sam and his crew were there the next day and finished the ahead of schedule. This included doing some additional work to brace a couple of roof timbers and replacing a couple of tiles at no extra cost. Its been a week since the work and haven't had any issues so far, but what set this company apart from others I'd used and gave me peace of mind was the 5 year guarantee provided for their works. Impressed by Sam's professionalism and his teams work. If I need any other work doing I know where to come."
