    "I paid over £300 for NAC to fix my dishwasher, it was clear from the get go that the engineer didn't know what the problem was, he kept fitting parts which I had to pay for. When he actually found the fault after multiple visits, he deemed the dishwasher unrepairable. Know what the problem is, none of the new parts were ever going to solve the problem. NAC didn't want to know. Moral of the story is give NAC a wide birth, as I do not recommend this company. Customer service at NAC is very low down on their priorities."

    "They will take your call out money that supposedly covers labour too, but they quoted an array of issues so they didn't fix my appliance and by that avoid having to do that labour they charged for. Basically you will pay over £90 for an engineer to come and tell you your appliance is too expensive to fix."

    "I would not recommend this trader. We called them out to repair our fridge. The freezer was working fridge was not after paying the initial fee of 90 pounds before he will even look at it. He came up with a conclusion. It was 2 part after waiting a further 4 more working days. he installed after we pay for them. And still the fridge did not work we call them out again. He came a little job, said it was working, The fridge still was not working We left it a day still not working. He changed the wrong part should have changed the heating element So after paying them two hundred and twenty pound we still have no working fridge So after waiting almost 2 weeks with no fridge. My wife gave up had no confidence in this business. So my wife ordered a new fridge, which is being delivered in two day Quicker than waiting for them to come and see our fridge. So please look at the cost of getting your fridge repaired, it may be cheaper just to get it a new one."

    "Booked this company to take a look at my washing machine that had stopped working. I had Neil take a look at it and unfortunately the machine had a fault that was not possible to fix without ordering new parts. I was advised that Neil would send his report to the office and they would contact me for a quote on the part I needed and that it would most likely be costly. Unfortunately for me, the cost of the part to repair was not economical so I bought a new machine. I would recommend using NAC. Their staff were very friendly and prompt with their communications."
