Domestic Heroes Ltd are a local business based in Tamworth who deal with electrical & gas repairs, installations, sales and spares for most makes and models of kitchen appliances, including integrated machines.
Domestic Heroes Ltd were established in December 2010 by Adam Goodby and Steven Bloor (both Directors/Owners of the company). Domestic Heroes celecrated their 6th Anniversary in December 2016.
Domestic Heroes are a family orientated company who pride themselves on being well-organized, friendly and always at the end of a phone ready to deal with your kitchen appliance problems.
Domestic Heroes believe in being honest and upfront, so all prices are clearly displayed on their website so you don't get any surprises when it comes to paying for your repair or installation.
The website offers you plenty of other information - locations covered, feedback from previous satisfied customers and a variety of pictures.
Once you have booked a service call you will receive a visit from a qualified, uniformed engineer, during your allocated timeslot in a clearly marked vehicle.
As well as private individuals, Domestic Heroes also offer their services to councils and insurance companies, letting agents and landlords.
Offering a competitive package using the latest technology - bookings, invoices and payments can be completed electronically, speeding up the whole process from start to finish.
There is a 12 month warranty on all parts fitted and completed repairs without parts are guaranteed for 3 months.

"Following last week’s visit when work was undertaken to improve the performance of the LPG burners on a Rangemaster cooker, parts had to be ordered to complete the job. Two days after the initial visit I was contacted by phone to say the parts had arrived and to arrange a date. This morning before 07:00 an SMS message was received confirming the time slot. The engineer was punctual, polite, pleasant and efficient. Parts fitted inside 15-20 minutes. Repair is now complete, and all the burners are now working like new. The also look like new. Very pleased with Domestic Heroes and our Domestic and General who the insurance policy is with. Both get a 5-star rating and are highly recommended."

"Domestic Heroes were booked via our Domestic and General Policy as it required an LPG certified engineer to address the problem with our cooker. The booking process was painless and from the point of booking the communication was excellent. The engineer arrived on the booked date, in the time window specified by the early morning text. The engineer then phoned in advance to confirm his visit. He was polite, efficient and friendly. He identified a need for new parts which he ordered whilst with us. Within an hour of him leaving an email was received to confirm the parts had been ordered and that they would be back in touch to reschedule once received. Very pleased with the high levels of customer care shown by Domestic & General, Domestic Heroes and the Engineer."
