"Brilliant service from start to finish. The team were professional throughout—the surveying and costing were straightforward, and the installation itself was top-notch. They were incredibly punctual and put in a proper shift to get the work done on schedule. We were really impressed with how they cleaned up after themselves every evening; you wouldn’t have even known they were there! The quality of the work is amazing—really clean, tidy finish and exactly to our spec. Honestly couldn’t fault them. Highly recommended for anyone wanting a stress-free home improvement."

"We needed a new uPVC window and some replacement double glazing panes in a flat that we rent out. Massey Windows & Doors was recommended to us and we were not disappointed. When arranging a time and date for fitting they bent over backwards to fit us in to a time that allowed my husband to travel up from the South Coast to the flat in Essex. They turned up when promised (both when measuring up and for subsequent fitting). The fitters were polite, efficient and cleaned up after themselves. We thought they were really good value for money and wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them."
