We are a family run architecture and design company based in London. We plan and develop inspiring spaces for our clients that are practical and beautiful. As a practise, we strive to innovate and create sustainable homes. Our vision is for our projects to ultimately help create a greener environment for better well-being. How We Work
Concept Design
We will guide you through the RIBA (Royal Institute of British Architects) work stages. This begins with research into your project and local area, to fully understand your requirements and impact upon neighbouring properties. This information then allows us to prepare a series of concept designs which is developed in 3-dimensional modelling. Once you are happy with a layout and the principles are established, we will develop the detail of this design ready for planning submission if required.
Depending on the design outcomes, we will guide you through the planning process and prepare the planning application on your behalf. This may include a mixture of 2D and 3D drawings of the proposal and a design and access statement to support the application.
LCA Design and Build Ltd are fully insured and qualified and are registered with the following professional bodies:

"Akin from LCA Design & Build LTD completed the architect drawings for our recent single story extension. From the outset he was professional, polite and friendly. He really took the time to listen to our requirements and offered us several different options for the plans. He was happy to make changes to them when we wanted and took the time to explain the process to us.
