StructSpectrum was founded with a simple purpose: to make structural engineering, architectural design, and property surveys easier, clearer, and more accessible for homeowners, builders, and property professionals across the UK.
What began as a small design service in Manchester has evolved into a nationally recognised provider of integrated structural and architectural solutions. Today, we work with a trusted network of qualified Structural Engineers, Architects, RICS Surveyors, and specialist consultants, allowing us to deliver complete project support under one coordinated service.
Our strength lies in how we manage the entire process. "I made the enquiry to Structspectrum around Christmas. Matt is very responsive and patiently answered my questions even I was able to by email. The quotation is higher than other service providers but I have confident on the company via Matt advice. The report is easy to understand and delivered in less than a week. Very trust worthy company."

"From my initial enquiry to completion of the survey I found StructSpectrum very professional to deal with. Communication between us was excellent and was kept up to date throughout. The Structural Engineer they sent to survey the project was excellent. I would recommend this company and wouldn't hesitate to use them again."

"If removing walls is enough to make you nervous, StructSpectrum is the team you want on your side. From the first message, their communication was quick, clear, and professional—no chasing, no confusion, and no structural-engineering jargon overload. The engineer who came out were knowledgeable, respectful, and friendly. They showed up on time, explained everything clearly, and didn’t mind my many questions about whether my house would still be standing afterward. The structural report for removing two walls was detailed, easy to understand, and produced impressively fast. It was thorough without feeling overwhelming—clearly written by people who know exactly what they’re doing. The cost was fair and competitive, which was the final win in an already great experience. Overall, I was extremely happy with the service and wouldn’t hesitate to recommend StructSpectrum to anyone who wants expert advice, fast turnaround, and walls removed without any drama. Highly recommended."
