StructSpectrum was founded with a simple purpose: to make structural engineering, architectural design, and property surveys easier, clearer, and more accessible for homeowners, builders, and property professionals across the UK.
What began as a small design service in Manchester has evolved into a nationally recognised provider of integrated structural and architectural solutions. Today, we work with a trusted network of qualified Structural Engineers, Architects, RICS Surveyors, and specialist consultants, allowing us to deliver complete project support under one coordinated service.
Our strength lies in how we manage the entire process. Instead of clients dealing with multiple companies, we bring together the right professionals for each project and handle all coordination, communication, and technical alignment. Andrew Marshall - Image 1 "Used Strutspectrum for a structural survey and, somewhat unbelievably, the entire process worked exactly as you’d expect it to. You contact them — they respond. You agree a date — they turn up. They do the job — they send the report. No chasing, no excuses, no mysterious radio silence halfway through. Just a company behaving like a company. Given how difficult it seems to be these days to even get people to quote for work (let alone actually do it), this felt almost suspiciously efficient. Would absolutely use them again — if only to remind myself that this is how it’s supposed to work."

"I made the enquiry to Structspectrum around Christmas. Matt is very responsive and patiently answered my questions even I was able to by email. The quotation is higher than other service providers but I have confident on the company via Matt advice. The report is easy to understand and delivered in less than a week. Very trust worthy company."
