    "We were very pleased to find such a reliable and efficient architect having had problems in the past finding a good architect. James responded quickly, was knowledgeable about what would be permitted for our extension and draw up the plans quickly. Planning permission was obtained first time. His charges were reasonable and he was quick to respond to a few queries we had during the process. We would not hesitate in recommending him."

    "I would like to extend my house and James was the third architect who I hired for my project. I fired the first one and I'm suing the second one to get back my money. I was about to give up because dealing with stupid people is just too much stress for me. Then James came and he just understood and implemented what I wanted. He knows the building regulations and made drawings and specifications which comply with that. I would expect this as minimum standard from an architect but e.g. the second architect I hired had no idea about how much insulation is needed in a roof or floor or where an FD30 door is needed. If only I'd started with James, I think my extension would have been built by now."
