"Pat Joseph was extremely conscientious and an excellent communicator . He kept us informed about each stage of the process of building our new dormer roof. Pat was very skilled and knowledgeable. He worked in severely cold weather to complete our job . His time keeping was second to none. He was a brilliant tradesman who we would definitely recommend."

David - Image 1 "Patrick has done a number of relatively small jobs for us. Eg. Erecting fencing, garden walls etc. He produced excellent work. However, in Sept to November 2023, he replaced the whole roof of our 3 bedroomed detached house. He gave an initial estimate of between 15K and 20K. He completed it for £18,511. During that period, he was always on time, he consulted with me on key purchases such as the quality of the tiles, he used extra help at weekends on very good rates for us and he shared all receipts with me. The bottom line was an excellent roof that anyone should be proud of. I find Patrick to be a reliable and trustworthy person as well as an extremely skilled craftsman."
