"Cannot praise them enough. They arrived on time, were very polite and professional in their approach to the job. They were very knowledgeable and explained to me in simple terms what the problem was and how they were going to remedy the shoddy workmanship that I'd had done previously. They showed me what they were doing at different stages and cleaned up after themselves once it was completed. I had 3 estimates from different companies, and to be honest they were not the cheapest . But I believe you get what you pay for and I'm extremely pleased with the quality of the work , which is guaranteed for 10 years. I would definitely use J . Taylor roofing again should the need arise."

"This company was recommended to me and I am fully satisfied with all aspects of what was a complete retiling of our main roof. The daily crew consisted of 3 or 4 men, all were friendly and considerate. The foreman always explained what they were doing, particularly if snags were encountered. Possible remedies were discussed and agreed. A couple of weeks later I asked the firm to replace some broken tiles and reset the line of ridge tiles. Due to the method of installation of the ridge tiles, removal was difficult but a compromise was reached whereby the roof is watertight. This roof, a single storey construction at right angles to the main roof, could be as old as 150 years. The beams had warped and the roof has slewed over. This roof will need to the completely replaced, probably within 2 years or so, and I will certaily consider Taylors to do this work!"

"We contacted J Taylor roofing when we needed a new flat roof installing on an extensions to the property. From the initial contact they were extremely helpful and got an estimate to us straight away. When conducting the work the staff were very polite and courteous and made sure they had cleaned up as they were working. Can’t fault the quality of work and highly recommend to anyone who’s needs roofing work carried out."
