"I contacted Heatflow for the first time and spoke to a Gas Safe engineer, Vijay to have a boiler service and look at the radiator in the hall as it stopped working. We had agreed on a convenient time for the following week 10th on Monday morning between 10 and 11am. Vijay kept in touch and arrived on the Monday. During the time he and his colleague were here I mentioned our kitchen sink taps were difficult to turn off and wasting water and the kitchen radiator was faulty as well. He agreed. Went out and got a new mixer taps and saw to the radiator as well both were extra jobs. I also bought a carbon monoxide detector. They were both Polite friendly and quick. They were gone around two hours. Yes I would recommend. Thanks."

"Great work all around. Always responsive, polite, and helpful. Have now used multiple times, have recommended to others, and would continue doing so without hesitation when needed. Work done: Demontage, relocation, and installation of new radiators and associated pipes. Removal of old pipe work. Installation of new pipe work. Emergency repairs of a burst pipe."
