    "I had a fantastic experience with Hawk Property Surveys when I booked a damp inspection for a Victorian terrace I’m in the process of purchasing. From start to finish, the service was professional, transparent, and impressively thorough. The surveyor was clearly experienced and took the time to explain the findings as he went. He used a combination of moisture meters, thermal imaging, and visual checks to assess not just the obvious problem areas but also harder-to-reach spots, like underfloor voids and chimney breasts. The full report was delivered quickly (within four working days), and it was incredibly detailed. It included photos, moisture readings, and practical, unbiased recommendations. The report confirmed the presence of minor condensation issues rather than rising damp (which another contractor had wrongly suggested), saving me from unnecessary and expensive treatments. They also gave me clear advice on improving ventilation and insulation without major disruption."
