    "The work done by Tiffin has been of a good standard. Where there have been snags they have always been good at finding solutions and overseeing work done by subcontractors. Insulation has already resulted in a reduction in heating required."

    Jenny - Image 1 "Ecotiffin completed work on our house early this year. After an initial survey which looked at improving the EPC rating of the property, and clearing up damp issues, they installed EWI, re rendered outside walls, insulated ventilated and boarded the loft, reflaunched and repointed the chimney, and replaced our slate roof. We are very pleased with the work. The whole project involved various different skilled tradespeople, all of whom were polite, reliable and hard working. Overall project management was professional and communication between us was clear and timely. Our house was built in 1890 and there are consequently issues that come to light as work progresses. Any issues were pointed out, fully explained, discussed and various options to resolve were presented and agreed between us. The changes to the original project plan were managed smoothly and efficiently. We are very happy to recommend the company and would use them again without hesitation."

    "Tiffin provided an excellent end to end service. We began with a survey of heat loss and had several conversations about how to address the problems we had with heat loss from walls and ceilings. The conversations were not pressured and there was a lot of thought that went into the final proposal from Tiffin that took into account our requirements. The work began on schedule and given the weather and other constraints, it was completed in a timely way. The quality of the work was excellent. The level of communication was good too, throughout the job. The house is noticeably more comfortable now in terms of heat loss and humidity. The overall appearance of the house has also improved. Both comfort and appearance exceeded expectations. Overall, we are very happy with the work and would recommend Tiffin. We asked Tiffin to work with Tidey who installed solar panels & battery around the same time. This worked very well and we're very pleased with the results."
