Dual Fix Ltd is a home appliances repair company which provides quick, reliable and professional service at a very good value. As a family-run company we aim to provide the best possible on-site repairs, servicing and installations.
All of our engineers are Gas Safe Registered and Part P qualified, regularly updated and experts in their fields.
We offer one hour time slot and same day appointments in most cases. All prices include VAT.
We give our customers competitive rates, seven days a week and no extra charge for weekend visits.

We are glad to announce that alongside our electrical appliance repairs we offer and gas appliance breakdowns, installations, servicing and maintenance. This includes combi and condensing boilers, fires, cookers, ovens, hobs, landlord certificates etc. In addition to the lower cost, we will make a complimentary discount for our regular customers and arrange a convenient keys pick- up and drop-off at your office if you are Managing Agent or Housing Association. We do this in our desire to deliver better service to you, our valued customers.

"Recommended DualFix by a family member. Very prompt service, phoned on Thursday and he was able to come the next day. He repaired our cooker and was clean and tidy. Advised and discussed what the problem was. Would definitely recommend and use again."

"Luke came to fix my tumble dryer. He was honest with his quote, gave me the option to buy a new one or fix the existing. I decided to repair the existing tumble dryer. He was transparent in his quote and cleaned up after the repairs. I would highly recommend him."

"Excellent service !!! I called on Tuesday, spoke to Luke and discussed the problem (a 23 year old NEFF washing machine). He said he could come out on Friday between 11 and 12 and detailed his charges, which I thought very reasonable. Luke arrived very promptly and started on my machine. Running the machine through a cycle he was able to determine the problem. Unfortunately replacement parts are no longer available, so a new machine will be the only answer. But I can thoroughly recommend this trader. Reliable and good prices."
