    "Tom from CCR Property Services arrived promptly within 2hrs of us calling with an urgent need to unblock our drain. Which was causing both our bathroom & kitchen sinks to be blocked. He was well presented & fully equipped. He had a friendly & very professional approach. Yet he seemed sympathetic & understanding to our plight. He was a bit like a doctor lol , he asked some questions about the situation the hastily set about working under each sink. After less than 5 minutes he had located the problem & then using more equipment from his van he worked very hard to completely remove the blockage. He showed me the muck that had caused the blockage & then said could have caused it. He then diligently cleaned up all the mess & got rid of the foul smell. All in all i was very impressed by Tom & the service he provided & would not hesitate to recommend him & CCR Property Services."

    "My drain had become blocked and I called CCR. Very professional. Very nice gentleman arrived and got to work, he slowly hosed down the blockage to avoid problems further down the line. He's been doing the job for 30 years, so I felt I was in good hands. Wouldn't hesitate to use them again"
