"I have no hesitation recommending this company. The booking process was simple and the price was very reasonable. The young man (Clement) who replaced my kitchen tap was polite, efficient and knew exactly how to solve the problem. He is a credit to his company (and his family). For all the best reasons, I hope I don't have to call them in again but wouldn't hesitate to do so if needed. Thank you for your professional service."

"Outstanding Service from Clement at BURNS Plumbing and Heating! This was the second time we’ve used BURNS Plumbing and Heating, and once again, Clement delivered exceptional service. Fast, friendly, and budget-friendly, he handled our specialised toilet installation with professionalism and a great attitude. Despite unexpected challenges due to the ceramic width, Clement went above and beyond—making multiple trips to the shop to get the right parts (and even having to go back again due to a shop error). Through it all, he remained upbeat and determined to get the job done properly. Even after leaving us temporarily without a toilet seat, he made sure to check in, promising to return as soon as possible. True to his word, he came back at 9pm to complete the installation! We couldn’t have asked for better service. Thanks to Clement’s dedication, my husband now has his brand-new ‘throne’—and we have complete confidence in BURNS Plumbing and Heating. Highly recommended!"

"We had Burns heating over this week to change out the cold water tank in our loft. The access was tricky, and they got the job done promptly and also help resolve a few other plumbing related issues around our house too!"
