Based in Potters Bar, Advanced Construction Solutions has over 20 years’ experience in damp proofing. We have evolved with changing technology to provide outstanding services to treat wet rot, dry rot and damp in your home or business premises.
We pride ourselves on our efficient, friendly and high-quality services. We take the time to visit each client, talk through their damp issues and concerns and advise on ways to reduce damp (e.g. the introduction of dehumidifiers). In the case of structural intervention, we will talk through the options available. We understand clients’ reservations about having damp treatment and do our best to explain the problem and the choice of solutions without compromising on quality or service.
Damp proofing isn’t always straight forward. Our team of experts will diagnose the source of the damp and provide you with a report on recommended measures to treat it.

"Jason has always provided high-quality work for me. I have used him for a damp course injection, repairing spalled brickwork, installing appropriate waterproofing around my kitchen window after shoddy work by another builder, filling and patching in small cracks inside my house as a result of settlement, and he has provided advice on insulation, damp proofing, and general property maintenance and care. Jason has a wide range of experience in the trade, and I feel I can trust him with any job I need done on my house, big or small. He is always reliable, honest, kind, and considerate in his dealings with me, and I trust him with any work that needs doing. His pricing is also transparent and reasonable. He always gives me a quote up front, and there are no surprises at the end. I would thoroughly recommend Jason for any work you need done on your home, no matter the size or complexity."

"Jason repaired a leak around a skylight earlier this year- which has solved the problem despite recent torrential rain. He has previously worked on damp under a wooden floor (again problem solved) and improving under floor ventilation. We have recommended him to three other people for damp problems, all of whom have been very satisfied. Jason has years of experience with damp (and similar) problems and uses his expertise to plan the best solution. For the initial work, his quote was so much lower than many other companies that I was worried that he would not be able to do what was needed, but when he explained the reasons behind his plans I was convinced and he was absolutely right."

"Jason is extremely knowledgeable and helpful. I had an issue with rising damp which multiple other damp companies failed to identify. Jason’s diagnosis and solution has solved our issue . Would highly recommend to anyone!"

"Jason and his son completed a variety of damp work on our house both inside and outside to a very high standard just before Christmas 2024. Jason was very clear about how much the work would cost and kept to that figure. Jason has completed work on our house a number of times on the past 10-12 years and his work has always been to a high standard. Jason is very friendly, polite, works very efficiently and clears up any mess/keeps mess to a minimum. Jason is also very punctual. I would highly recommend Jason and his son. Thank you."
