    "Professional! Great team of people from the assessors, fitters to Ali in the backroom! All but one window measured to perfection and only one window broke on installation. Prompt remeasuring and replacement without charge demonstrates how comprehensive the team are despite hurdles. We also got the wrong door initially but this was rectified very quickly and we are very happy with our triple glazed windows. Never oversold and didnt ask for full payment until we were satisifed! Would use them again if needed! Warrenty backed by insurance (if worse case Ada go Bust) so i have no complaints."

    "This outfit installed two doors and windows for us. They broke one of the windows then failed to turn up to replace it. One of the doors won't shut properly in warm weather, but Ada Windows refused to fix it, twice, and now claims it's perfectly normal for all uPVC doors not to shut in warm weather. Credible?"
