Returning a product
If you should need to return a product for any reason, read about the TrustATrader product returns process
Returns Process
- We strongly advise that customers inspect their order upon receipt of the parcel for any manufacturer's defects or shortages that could have possibly been missed during the checking process.
- Trustatrader.com Ltd will not accept the return of products for any reason unless prior agreement has been received from Trustatrader.com Ltd.
- Items that have not been personalised may be returned for a full refund within 14 days from the date an order was received provided the items are with tags/labels, unworn, and an authorised returns document has been issued by the sales department. Failure to do so will result in the consignment being rejected. Trustatrader.com Ltd will not be held responsible for any consequential loss as a result of this action.
- Items that have been personalised with the trader’s info cannot be returned unless the product was faulty when received.
- Return of discontinued products and products decorated by the customer will not be accepted.
- You must include a cover note stating your full name on your account, order number returned, and the items from the given order that are being returned. Alternatively, you can make a copy of your invoice or packing slip and highlight which items from this order you are returning and your request for a refund. Parcels can be held or rejected by the returns department and not processed if the received parcel cannot be identified by the details provided within the package.
- Customers are required to send items back to us at their own cost via any courier if they do not suit their requirements and this will also include items that do not fit, not suitable, wrong item selected, incorrect sizing, or not the same as on the website. Postage will not be refunded for products returned because they are not required.
- Trustatrader.com Ltd will not accept returns in person.
- Postage may be refunded to customers only if they return a wrong, damaged in transit or manufacturer’s faulty item.
- Customers must keep safe a valid postage receipt including parcel weight for all return parcel enquiries. A valid postage receipt including tracking number must be provided in case of any parcels lost in transit. Any non-delivery cases will be invalid without this receipt. It is the responsibility of the sender to open a claim for any parcels lost in transit with the courier.
- Parcels can be rejected if parcels are returned damaged due to unsecure packaging.
- Trustatrader.com Ltd is in no way responsible or liable for any indirect or consequential loss, or for any loss to the customer arising from third party claims due to errors, defective dye, manufacturing or fabric faults.
- Trustatrader.com Ltd shall not be liable to the Customer or be deemed to be in breach of contract by reason of any delay in performing or any failure to perform, and of Trustatrader.com Ltd's obligations in relation to the products, if the delay or failure was due to any cause beyond Trustatrader.com Ltd's reasonable control.
Non-delivery
Claims for non-delivery must be made in writing, within 7 days of receipt of invoice.
