    Paul - Image 1 "I had three jobs lined up for a carpenter. Replace the arbour roof, repair and rehang the garden gate and splice some new timber into the front porch. I got in touch with Ian and he came to assess the work promptly. I liked Ian's straightforward manner immediately. He provided a verbal estimate within a few days. We agreed the price and start date shortly after that. Ian arrived on the day agreed and had all the necessary materials to hand and began work promptly at 9:00 am. Very efficient, no distractions, just got on with it. Checked with me at the end of each job to make sure I was satisfied. I couldn't fault anything that Ian did. A good job done by a carpentry professional. I'd recommend Ian to anyone"

One in particular was immense which is also how I would describe Ian in all aspects of his undertakings along with his high standards and friendly nature. Always kept us informed at all stages, no hidden costs, overcome many awkward steps (not least ourselves) without fuss and confident to suggest potential alternatives.
