"Unfortunately, my experience was extremely disappointing. During the works, they initially refused to complete part of the agreed quotation, namely painting the wall where the tiles had been removed and the area had been newly plastered. This was eventually completed, but only after I challenged the issue. Once the installation was finished, I was contacted to say that the kitchen looked "lovely" and that the work had been completed to a high standard. However, my tenant immediately raised concerns about the quality of the installation. After a laborious period of time, gaining information from other fitters and the kitchen supplier, we have been presented with a comprehensive list of numerous fitting faults and sub-standard workmanship. Along with the resupply of new parts and panels, three to four days have been quoted to carry out the remedial work required to get the kitchen to an acceptable standard. Based on this, I cannot recommend this company"

Trader reply: "Thank you for your feedback as it's very important to us. We value your comments as customer service is our priority. The kitchen was supplied by the customer through a third-party company. Unfortunately, we were not provided with the correct drawings, and not all of the required components were delivered. This made the installation process extremely difficult. In addition, there were issues regarding access to the property, including difficulties with the tenant and delays in receiving the necessary keys. As a result, we were unable to continue with the project at that time. We remain in contact with the customer’s managing agent and are committed to resolving any outstanding issues once the third-party company has addressed the matters on their side."
