"We hired William to take down a chimney and rebaton and retile that section of roof in preparation for solar panels to be put up. His estimate was very reasonable. He arrived promptly every day and carefully explained every aspect of the work. It turned out to be much more difficult than expected and take much longer due to the way the chimney was made and the extra heavy brickwork he found internally. However he did not charge any extra. Another complication was that he had to use the neighbour's drive for access to the chimney as it was so close to the border, so he also took great care that no bricks or chips flew off to cause any damage. Everyday he carefully cleared up very tidily. I would happily use him again for any roofing job and highly recommend him to others."
