    "After surviving the rigours of winter 2022, I wasn't prepared for another winter like that, so decided to invest in my North Harrow semi-detached home, starting with replacing all the 20-year old plus double-glazing. A builder who lives a few doors away recommended Williams Windows, and I contacted their MD, Bill Churchill. Everything went very smoothly and professionally from there, starting with Bill giving me good advice through to the installers coming round and doing the work. There were the inevitable minor hassles, but these were dealt with competently and efficiently. The installers were very friendly, easy-going, but hard-working; they didn't hang around! I suppose I should have got another quote, but as William Windows were recommended to me ........ I paid what I thought intuitively was the right price, and as Williams Windows did a great job I'm very happy."
