    "I had a new front door fitted perfectly in December 2025 , so when I decide to have a new back door fitted due to draft. I decided to go with Whitstable windows again, the work this time is disappointing I find it difficult to close the door and even after a return visit it is the same, Phil suggested it was possibly the window causing the problem, although I had no problem at all closing my old door Disappointed and I'll be having it replaced again."

    "Highly recommend Phil! He was punctual, professional and very easy to deal with. Quotes and communication were always very quick, pricing was competitive, and the windows were fitted to a high standard. Really happy with the finished job and would definitely use him again!"
