We pride ourselves on our efficient, friendly and high-quality services.     Chris - Image 1 "I’m not sure if I’m just an unlucky individual dealing with this company. But I’ve had nonstop problems with weatherwise. Weatherwise installed soffits that blocked my windows, the soffits are botched, mismatched, dirty, scuffed and missing joints. I’ve had a downpipe leading to a flat roof instead of connecting to a gutter. I’ve chased one issue or another for over a month and been told someone will get back to me with no one ever reaching out it’s always me calling in for an update. I’ll be considering contacting a third party regarding the issues I have had. Would not recommend."

    Trader reply: "Firstly, we'd like to say thank you for providing us with feedback, positive or negative all feedback helps us to shape our business processes and procedures. Secondly, we'd like to clear up that we installed the facias, soffits and guttering prior to the roofing company; the roofing company had to make some movement to the installation to install the roofing system. Whilst it seems unfair that you've taken it to us to write a negative review when the damage has been caused by a third party, we take responsibility that something needs to be done to correct it. Normally a review would be based on the work that a company has completed, not after a third party has made alterations to the original installation. On the back of this we've arranged for someone to come around within 24 hours to inspect the issue and provide a solution for remedy. As a family ran business, we understand the importance of protecting your home from damp. We do everything we can to provide a quality installation and when it's in our control, we do. Weather Wise Solutions."

    "Aaron came to give a survey for exposed exterior joist. He was very polite, friendly and knowledgeable, liaising with his multiple teammates, giving a thorough assessment, detailed explanation as to how to conceal the joist. If any work I need to be doing, I will ask them again."
