We have worked in the plumbing and heating industry for over 8 years and have gained extensive experience doing everything from complete heating systems to bathrooms and carrying out basic plumbing and heating maintenance.
We are based in Welwyn Garden City, and serve all areas of Hertfordshire. We offer the kind of personal service and quality workmanship you only get from a small business such as ours, and we guarantee a perfect job every time.
We are fully insured and certified to carry out work on new energy efficient products. We provide a helpful and friendly service at competitive prices.

"We had such a fantastic experience with Waterworx, from enquiry to installation of our air con units. They responded quickly and got us booked in for a quote that same week. The engineer who came to assess the job was friendly and thorough, and took the time to carefully check where we wanted the air conditioning units installed, including electrical considerations. The quote was very reasonable, and we were pleased that the same engineer returned to oversee the installation alongside a brilliant team. The team were friendly, tidy, and very knowledgeable throughout. We were also contacted afterwards to check that everything was working as expected and that we were happy with the result. The installation itself looks neat and safe, and we are incredibly pleased with the outcome. We genuinely can’t fault any part of the process - it was smooth, professional, and positive from start to finish. We would highly recommend Waterworx! What an amazing team!"

"After having issues with a leaking toilet, Waterworx promptly came out to fix the problem. After an initial attempt to fix it with a simple low cost option (replacing the seal), it became clear that there was a bigger issue. No issue for Waterworx, after ordering in a new flush mechanism, they came back the next day to fix it - now flushing like a dream! Great service and at a very reasonable price too!"
