Lloyd - Image 1 "I contacted a few plumbers to switch an old manual mixer shower, to a new thermostatic valve wall mounted shower.One plumber wanted to use flexible braided pipes, but many say they're unreliable.Mike had 3 possible solutions, the 1 I chose was to move to the other side of the bath, remove the taps, & get a deck bath shower mixer.I got 2 deck pillars from eBay & texted Mike for an appointment.It was Ben who came to fit it, but the taps were so difficult to remove, he called Mike to come & help. They got 1 tap off but the hole was square, not round & the bath pillar didn't fit. Mike came up with a solution by adding more elbows & pipe to the original elbows. The price was almost twice the cost of the other plumber, but it came with some assurances & solutions that I liked, like no flexible pipes. Ben was quick, professional, & his workmanship is excellent, with good attention to detail, like using silicone sealant, even in screw holes from the previous shower. I would highly recommend."
