"Poor rating due to his lack of response following a job after being paid. I had the trader come by and give me a quote for a roof repair and took his advice on the solution and booked him in. He completed the job as promised and upon paying I asked him to ensure he gives me an invoice due to my needing it for an impending home purchasers survey. I followed up the following weekend via e-mail to ask for the invoice, then again after his reply of “who is this?”, then a phone call and then multiple calls which all went unanswered, I txt several times and left multiple voice messages and again all went completely unanswered. I really needed that invoice to ensure a smooth sale completion on my house, trader was fully aware of this but chose on each occasion to ignore my calls and messages. Well done fella, thanks!"
