    "Washing machine was fixed within 5 working days and now working perfectly! Engineer arrived on time on both visits and I was kept informed throughout. Great service, would highly recommend."

    "Can only comment on the first visit. Was good on diagnosis but after that not good. The required part I was told couldn’t come until 4-7 days. Why?? Change suppliers then! No call when the part came in. I had to chase. Could not get the engineer booked in until he checked the part. Then was told he was on annual leave! So no call to say that from the company. Had to ask for a refund to buy a new machine as totally let down in numerous ways by this. If you want your machine mended quickly I would not use this company."

    "Such great service. Got in touch late afternoon and the engineer came the next morning. Came at the right time and fixed cooker within 45 mins. Explained what was wrong. Would definitely recommend."
