"We are a large plant hire company and we needed to find a local plumber to fit a new water pump into one of our mobile offices at our training centre. The work was completed without any delay very efficiently . Very good company, we will be using them again in the future. Well done Thermo-Flow"

"Amazing service from Thermoflow today, with special mention to Fran. He pretty much spent the entire day at our home fixing multiple issues that arose!! Ranging from a water leak to an issue with our gas meter box!! He even stuck around whilst my husband was on an urgent work call so that he could liaise with another engineer on our behalf, about the issue with our gas meter box. He could have called it a day once it was clear that the issue needed to be resolved with our gas supplier, but he stuck around to make sure that we weren't left in the lurch when our gas was turned off and that an engineer was on the way to resolve the issue! Friendly 5* service and an example of someone going above and beyond to help a customer. Thank you so much!!"
