"Had this company round for a difficult clean up (after complete roof renewal the week before), and full loft boarding. Initial problems caused by the surveyor not conveying correctly to the office parts of the job agreed, were quickly sorted out by Anthony (Installer), and Maria & Caroline in the office. The guy's, Anthony, Scott & Wilson, all worked their doo-dars off, turned up on time, we're polite (nice bit's of banter), and completed the Job to a excellent level of proffesionalism. I would have no problem highly recommending this company for any type of loft work. Many thanks again to Caroline, Maria, Anthony, Scott & Wilson. Nige & family. Blackpool🧡"

"We had a very disappointing experience with Loft Doctor. During the survey, it was agreed that a suspended floor was the only suitable option for our Victorian property, and we were quoted £1256. However, on installation day, the wrong equipment was delivered, and we were informed of an additional £850 charge. This disruption, coupled with the refusal to honour the original quote, led us to request our deposit back. While the team showed relative professionalism, my call with Managing Director was unprofessional. This behavior solidified my decision not to allow Loft Doctor to work on my property. This experience reflects poorly on Loft Doctor’s values and operations. I cannot recommend this company."
Trader reply: "Thank you for your review, we appreciate your comments and are always striving for improvement. To address your points: On our original visit you were inquiring about installing a full suspended floor from gable to gable, perlin to perlin, full insulation and a new hatch and ladder. To reduce costs, it was decided that you only required storage of light goods only and reduce the scope of work to just 86sqft of raised timber floor with OSB boarding and full insulation. A quote was sent out to you to this effect. We then received a call asking us to remove the insulation from the quote as you would now be doing this yourself. On arrival our fitter (who had been loaded up from our yard that morning with the correct timbers) he noticed that your ceiling joists were damaged, and your plasterboard cracked as you had just installed your own insulation. We immediately informed you of this matter and offered to assistance and offered to undertake this extra work at a cost price. If acceptable, our fitter would have to return to the yard as he did not have the correct materials to start the job. For which you refused and requested a refund which you confirmed receipt of within hours. We understand how disappointing this was and our offer for assistance still stands."

"We were wanting our loft boarded only. The Loft Doctor responded very promptly and gave a very competitive quote. Steve, the Surveyor was very knowledgeable & gave us options to work with. Wesley and another guy came and fitting out the loft in one day. They did not stop! Very neat with their own dust clothes for the stairs. Cleaned up after themselves and upon looking at the end result...we are so pleased with their work. They have done a great job and cannot believe the space it have given us! Highly recommend this company/team"
