"I’m unable to upload a photo but I had locked myself and grandchildren out of their house and as the parents were abroad had no second key. I chose Ian because he advertised he was 24 hr and it was Sunday! He came within 20 minutes of our conversation and worked efficiently and was very polite and understanding of my situation. I was so relieved when the door opened and so we’re my young grandchildren!! I would definitely recommend him."

"Ian is very considerate and talks to you about the best options without being pushy; he also gives great security advice and as I am on my own, it was much appreciated. He also gave me some great tips on maintenance re oiling hinges and using graphite powder in the locks which other people don’t tell you."
