TDC Garage is a family run business who have 15 years experience working on cars from classic to modern, sports cars to family runarounds.

Our workshop is based on the outskirts of Eaton Bray where we specialise in all Mini repairs www.miniworkshop.co.uk from MOTs, servicing and as well as complete engine rebuilds and welding.

We are able to offer advanced diagnostics, MOTs, servicing, DPF cleaning, intake valve blasting as well as general repairs. Please enquire for your specific needs, no job to big or small.

Service & Repairs

Servicing is a vital requirement to keep your car reliable.

We offer 3 types of service:-

Interim which is a 6 month or 6,000 mile service. Includes Oil and Filter change, check over all suspension and braking components, checking lights and battery condition.

Full which is a 12 month or 12,000 mile service. Includes the above plus air filter change, check and possibly replace spark plugs if needed, coolant check, lubricate moving hinges and check seatbelts.

Major which is a 24 month or 24,000 mile service. Includes the above plus brake fluid change, coolant change, fuel filter change and replace spark plugs (petrol cars only) additional fee applies if plugs are platinum tipped.

Timing belts / cambelts are changed in accordance to manufacturers guidelines. This varies depending on the fuel type, age of car, and engine model. Some are 40,000 miles and others can be anything up to 120,000 miles, also timing belts are age dependent too, so this is not to be overlooked if you have a low mileage car. If you are unsure please ask us and we will find out for you.

Timing belt changes range in price depending on the complexity of your engine or even the price of parts. On some cars we would recommend a water pump change too as quite a few timing belts also drive your water pump.
