Talboys Utility Services (Oxford) Ltd is an expanding family business that prides itself on delivering first class service. Work is undertaken for numerous domestic and commercial clients including Thames Water, The University of Oxford, Sovereign and SOHA Housing. From job initiation to execution and after care, we ensure each customer’s journey is as efficient and cost effective as possible.
Operating since 1985 (but with over 50 years of combined experience), Talboys Utility Services (Oxford) Ltd is responsible for the repair and maintenance of the customer water network in the Thames Valley region. In addition to field team expansion and an internal waste plumbing facility, a full call centre and in-house planning function are available. We continue to build on our exceptional reputation within our sector, providing an excellent and efficient service to all our customers.

Initial calls are answered by our friendly call centre team who will allocate your enquiry to our technical planning and appointing department. An appointment will then be arranged with one of our specialist managers to visit your property and provide a free non-obligation quote for your repair or replacement. When the quote has been accepted and the customer is satisfied with all details arranged, a professional and experienced field team will attend on your chosen day to fix your problem. You will be kept informed throughout the project, from en-route updates to repair specifics.

"From the initial phone call to the TUSO office to the final clearing up, all TUSO employees were polite, hard-working, tidy and efficient. What I feared would be a troublesome job they made seem relatively easy. Where other companies wanted to dig up our drive and take at least two days, TUSO used a "mole" , giving a minimum of mess and completing the job in under four hours. It is difficult to see where the work has been carried out and they were roughly half the price of other quotes. I emphasize that I have no connection, professional or otherwise with TUSO apart from being a very satisfied customer."

"When in a panic regarding a leak on our property this company was recommended to us from two different sources. Matthew English and his team arrived at the specified time and immediately I knew we were going to be OK. Matt is the most charming and patient young man I have come across in quite a long time. He was so knowledgeable and helped me to understand HSG47. His plan to get the leak controlled was quickly and efficiently carried out and my property is looking as though nothing has happened. We are very grateful that Matt and his team were allocated to us and would not hesitate to recommend Tallboys Utility Services to anyone looking for a friendly, quick and efficient turnaround."
