We are so happy that Jay was able to complete our loft extension, at a fair price. He is hardworking, reliable and the utmost professional when it comes to his work ethic. He was in constant contact with us, gave us ongoing updates and was extremely friendly. He was trustworthy and we felt we were in safe hands from the start. He was there every day and worked hard from the minute he arrived. He had really high standards for himself and it is clear that this comes across in his work. He would ensure he tidied up properly after himself and any other tradespeople. We are really happy with our final loft room and thank Jay for all of his hard work. Always keeping you in the loop and when a surprise came up discussed the way ahead and came up with a plan that was both affordable and that worked. Excellent job"
