    "Steve and his son Jamie installed a shower for us in February, and did an excellent job. It was inevitable that, when we decided to replace the sink and worktop in our utility room, as well as having work done on the cisterns in our en suite and downstairs toilet, we would give Steve a call to do the work. Again, we weren't disappointed. Steve answered my initial email while he was on holiday, and was back in touch as soon as he got home. He reviewed the jobs and gave me a competitive, written quote, turning up on time on the day. Once again, Steve and Jamie did a first-class job for us. The cisterns work beautifully and the new worktop and sink look a treat. We have no hesitation in recommending Steve -- book him with confidence. Den & Anne, Dunstable."

    "I called Steve as I suspected my hob was faulty. He came the same day within hours to do an initial assessment, he confirmed it was a faulty hob. The new hob came the next day and he fitted it the day after. Very polite and professional and quick. All in all his charges were very reasonable."

    "After first having made contact with Steve via the phone, he promptly organised a time to come and review the work we needed doing. On his first visit, he gave us all the information we needed to decide on the next steps regarding installing a boiler (including the type to go for). He was able to come and install the boiler quicker than we had anticipated. During the installing, he kept us informed of what was happening and was clean in the process too. Very efficient, reliable and professional. Would highly recommend Steve to anyone looking for a reliable person to do the job."
