He was patient and understanding of the time pressure we were under, and delivered our kitchen project and the wider scope of work in time for us to move in and host our summer party.     "Work was completed to a high standard but took longer than I anticipated. Trader is trust worthy."

    Trader reply: "Hi Sarojini. I’m disappointed that you’ve not felt we were value for the cost especially as we saved you a substantial amount on the extra decoration works. We also saved you on the quartz worktops through our supplier. Regards the works taking longer this was due to the complexity of working on a building that was built to accommodate a different type of construction and the extras added so this was inevitable. We are disappointed that our overall score has been affected by your review however we thank you for your business. Regards Eran"
