He always explains exactly what he is doing, in layman’s terms so I am not baffled, and leaves the place spotless when he leaves. He is kind and personable too, and I always get the feeling I am in good hands. This is not the first job Alecs has worked on for me, and I wouldn’t go to anyone else.     "I have been calling Russell Heating for over 10 years for plumbing, electrical and boiler needs. 100% trust this company to do the job right. My water pump decided to quit, phoned Russell Heating & team told me which type of replacement pump to order ( the pump arrived next day) and the engineer team arrived within 24 hours to install the new pump. The engineer team were friendly and quick to trouble shoot on the job. Thanks so much guys!"

    Judith Blackman - Image 1 "I contacted Alex and he was able to fit me in very quickly. I needed my boiler serviced and a new kitchen tap fitted. They were very thorough, did a really great job and I was very pleased with their work. I would definitely recommend Russell Heating for any gas or plumbing needs."
