We had had leaks for a while and the sourced the problem - didnt specify work that wasnt needed - and as part of the job even cleared some pots that the tenant in the property didnt want.     "Arrived on time, very polite, honest and helpful. Understood the work requirements and recommended that we should NOT proceed with any repairs (which would have been costly), as he thought the leak was quite minor and intermittent, and the roof will be replaced soon-ish anyway (have applied for an extension). Appreciated the honesty. Excellent."
