"When we experienced a recent roofing crisis with lead sliding off the roof of a first floor bay window we promptly contacted Roof Shield and explained the problem to Westley Goodman. He, and his colleague Leonard Walton, responded in less than an hour to assess the situation and create an action plan. This plan also involved journeying some considerable distance to obtain lead as there was none available locally, arranging for scaffolding to be erected by 8.00am the next day and being back on site by 9.00am to begin the work. This was all successfully achieved and the job was skilfully executed and completed by early afternoon, only just over 24 hours from when we made our initial inquiry! We were extremely impressed by their rapid response and their excellent planning and management of the work. The roofers were professional, knowledgeable, highly skilled, very co-operative and helpful. The end result was excellent in every respect. We can thoroughly recommend this company."

"We noticed a leak coming from above a bay window, so I found Roof Shield on Google and called Westley. I spoke to him at 9am, and by 11am Leonard had been out, assessed the problem, and provided a reasonable quote. He came the next day and completed the work. Leonard was polite, professional, and did the job exactly as he said he would. I’d happily recommend them and will definitely use them again in the future if needed."

"I am very pleased that I chose Roof Shield. The team was very professional throughout the process, and their work standards were excellent. I was particularly impressed by their honesty. My Home Buyers Survey recommended repointing my gable ends; however, the team advised that it wasn't necessary at this time, which saved me money! I will definitely use them again."
