We pride ourselves on our efficient, friendly and high-quality services. We take the time to visit each client, talk through their damp issues and concerns and advise on ways to reduce damp (e.g. the introduction of dehumidifiers). In the case of structural intervention we will talk through the options available. We understand clients’ reservations about having damp treatment and do our best to explain the problem and the choice of solutions without compromising on quality or service.

"So polite, professional and clean. I had really bad penetrating damp and Colin took the time to ensure I understood what was going on and what would help solve it. The team were always professional, so quiet, didn’t bother me as I worked from home and cleaned the dusty job after completion! Really, really impressed! I also got a guarantee for 20 years! No more damp 👏🏽"

"Colin removed damp plaster from our bedroom wall, treated the wall to make damp proof and re-plastered; also treated the external wall where required. We can highly recommend Colin - communication was very good from first contact, he fully explained the job required when he first came to inspect and advised us how to prepare the room in advance of him starting the work. The job was carried out over 2 days as planned, Colin was very punctual and despite the job being messy, Colin ensured that dust was kept to a minimum (including laying dust sheets not only inside the room where the work was being done but also on the landing and stairs). He kept us informed as to progress of the job and also tidied up after the job was completed. Colin was very courteous throughout and worked hard with his two assistants. We are now waiting for the new plaster to fully dry out before we can decorate and we are very happy with the quality of the work."
